Robert Konstanzer grew up in Wilmington, DE. When his son Max was born in 1993 he decided to set sail for the Outer Banks. Robert subsequently started off his Outer Banks real estate career in Corolla, NC at The Currituck Club where he quickly became the top agent on staff. In 1999 he decided to leave The Currituck Club to partner with Jo Ann and the developers of Duck Landing and Four Seasons in Duck. Robert and Jo Ann created Four Seasons Realty shortly thereafter and have never looked back.

Jo Ann Konstanzer moved to the Outer Banks from Chesapeake, Virginia in 1984 to pursue her career in Outer Banks real estate. Prior to partnering up with Robert and creating their own company, Jo Ann worked closely with the developers of Pine Island, Monteray Shores and The Currituck Club in Corolla. When Jo Ann is not working, she enjoys spending time with Robert and family overlooking the sunset from their home on Kitty Hawk Bay.

Max is an Outer Banks native who has spent his whole life experiencing all the Outer Banks has to offer. He was raised in a real estate family and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2015 where he was a member of the UNC Tarheels JV Basketball Team. Having grown up in the family real estate business on the Outer Banks, Max knew from a young age that he wanted to pursue a career in real estate and immediately returned home after college to join the Four Seasons Realty team. Max is an avid fisherman in his spare time and enjoys just about any outdoor activity on the water; although you may catch him indoors on the basketball court.

Casey is a North Carolina native and UNC grad who migrated to the Outer Banks after college and never looked back. Since obtaining her Brokers license in 2013, she’s worked with both small and large property management companies on the Outer Banks, from Corolla to Ocracoke. Her strong background in property management and years of experience working with owners of income and investment properties gives her a unique look at the ins and outs of investing in a home here. Casey’s transition into sales with the Four Seasons team was a natural one and she enjoys working with a tight-knit team that ‘feels like family’. Outside of work, Casey enjoys traveling, staying as active as possible, and spending as much time on the water as she can whether paddleboarding, fishing, sailing with her boyfriend, or simply walking the beach to hunt for all the good sea glass and shells.
